Fashionphile is a luxury fashion platform that specializes in premium product listings, customer order support, and promotional solutions for the luxury goods industry. Our services include: Luxury product listing and order management Product promotions and customer support services Platform access for luxury deals, shopping support, and brand visibility Performance tracking, customer engagement, and service analytics We serve both individual customers seeking luxury products and fashion brands or partners seeking effective promotional and product support solutions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use our services. If you are under the age limit, a parent or legal guardian must consent to these terms and oversee your use.
3. Your Responsibilities

All materials on the platform, excluding user content, are owned by or licensed to Fashionphile. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
5. Platform Usage
Fashionphile may update or modify features at any time to improve user experience or comply with regulations. While we strive to maintain availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to: Suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms Remove content that violates our policies or applicable laws Contact you with important service-related communications
6. Payments and Refunds
If you purchase products through our platform, you agree to follow our published payment, cancellation, and refund policies. We may withhold, delay, or refuse transactions if fraud, abuse, chargeback risk, or violations are detected.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

10. Credit Score Rules
A credit score is a number from 0 to 100 that rates an user conversion. There are three levels of credit score: A Level - 100 Excellent credit score. B Level - 95 to 99 Average credit score C Level - Below 95 Poor credit score. Note: Credit score has been generated while proceeding the withdrawal according to your payment history and optimization completion. The system does not allow proceed withdrawal for accounts with a score under 95. Contact Customer Service for the option to restore. Credit Score 95 and above: Eligible for single cash out transactions up to AED 2000. Credit Score below 95: Required to contact the Financial Department to initiate credit score restoration for proceeding the cash out.
11. Luxury Draw
The Luxury Draw program provides users with the opportunity to receive exclusive rewards. The Luxury Draw will appear randomly during orders, and each Luxury Draw will display three diamonds, from which users may select one (1) to claim a reward. By selecting and opening any Luxury Draw, users may be granted a bonus ranging from 1 AED to 9,999 AED, or x25 Diamond Priority Opt. Note: Users who do not wish to participate in the Luxury Draw program should contact Customer Service prior to making any selection.
